Obtain " Investor/ Business Manager" visa

First of all, to start up a company as an owner, a manager, or an investor,UNLESS your starus of residence is " Spouse, etc. of a Japanese national" ,
" a permanent resident" , " Spouse, etc. of a permanent resident" ,
or " Longterm resident" , "Investor/Business Manager" visa is required.

To obtain "Investor/Business Manager", preparation for business lunch up shall be completed , including establishing a company, obtaining business license and 
hiring employee, before application for the status of residence.

-In the case of you are out of Japan, visit Japan as a short term VISA and 
hire professionals for preparation, then apply for the "Investor/Business Manager"  visa.
